Thanks, answers to your questions:

-how big is the database?

The DB is about 600 MB, I archive the DB every 2 weeks so it varies about +- 100 MB.

-weird things in the email?

The emails in the DB are normal. Some contain attachments (however I dont index the attachments).

- Any documents which would seem to be corrupted at all when fixup runs?

When doing a fixup, sometimes there is a corrupted document (but not always).

-Is full text indexes on other databases causing problems or is just this db?

There is no other DB's with the same problems, this is the biggest DB out of all of them.
